Cookie Dough Overnight Oats: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Every time I took a bite of these overnight oats I kept thinking, I don't know if these taste like cookie dough, but oh boy is it delicious. But then again, I can't remember the last time I had cookie dough or a cookie dough inspired recipe. So wether or not these overnight oats taste like cookie dough, they sure are delicious.

Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the peanut butter and brown sugar until very well mixed. Add in 1/2 tablespoon Greek yogurt and whisk until very well combined and the mixture comes together like cookie dough. Stir in the chocolate chips. Press the mixture into the bottom of a mason jar.
  2. In a small bowl combine the oats and ground cinnamon. Pour the milk over top and stir together. Transfer the oats to the mason jar and seal the jar.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning stir everything together.
