Roasted Red Pepper Spread

Roasted Red Pepper Spread: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

My husband fell in love with this spread after only one bite and I had to agree with him it was very delicious. Even my oldest daughter who does not like roasted red peppers liked it and ate some.

You can serve this spread with bread or you could use crackers. It is delicious either way you serve it.

Roasted Red Pepper Spread


  • 12 ounce jar roasted red pepper, drained and roughly chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For Serving

  • French Demi Baguettes
  • crackers


  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add in the roasted peppers, parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well combined. Serve on toasted baguettes or with crackers.
