Cheddar, Bacon, Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Cheddar, Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole: Savory Sweet and Satsifying

Several years ago I discovered and made a dip called Cheddar Bacon Dip or aka "Crack Dip". This dip has since turned into Crock Pot Bacon Ranch Chicken and Cheddar Bacon Potatoes. Now those same flavors are in a tater tot casserole. It is amazing how one addicting and delicious dip can turn into several other dishes.

Cheddar, Bacon, Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces light sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix
  • 12 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 pound bag frozen tater tots

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º F. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl combine the sour cream chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, bacon and cheddar cheese. Fold in the frozen tater tots. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and casserole is bubbly.
Enjoy!!!
