Raspberry Mocha Latte Overnight Oats: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

The best part of these overnight oats, besides the raspberries, is the coffee flavor. Any time I can add a little bit extra coffee to my morning it makes for a good start to the day. Raspberry Mocha Latte Overnight Oats: Savory Sweet and Satsifying

Raspberry Mocha Latte Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a container with a lid, add the oats.
  2. Pour in the coffee, milk and honey and stir to combine, making sure everything is mixed well.
  3. Add in the mini chocolate chips and raspberries.
  4. Place the lid on and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Before eating mix everything together.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
For more of a chocolate flavor add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder with the milk, coffee and honey, stirring to mix.
