Buffalo Chicken Cheese Fries with Bacon

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Fries with Bacon: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I served these fries as a side dish to some burgers, but I actually enjoyed the fries way more than the burger. They are so delicious that I could see eating these fries as a special lunch. They do have some chicken on them so it could be a lunch meal, right? Whether you serve them as a snack, appetizer, lunch meal or a side dish they are delicious. Definitely worth making again and again.

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Fries with Bacon
Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen crinkle cut fries
1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tablespoon green onions
1/2 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Cook fries according  to package directions.

While the fries are baking, mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce and green onions. Microwave for about 30 seconds, just to warm everything through.

When the fries are done, immediately top them with half of the cheese and all of the buffalo chicken mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and place under the broiler until the cheese is melted.

Enjoy!!!
