Loaded Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Ever since my husband and I had Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi Soup, I have felt the need to try Gnocchi in different recipes. Most of the recipes were not keepers except for this one and Loaded Baked Gnocchi. Both recipes are delicious and a great way to use gnocchi.

Loaded Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake
3 cups gnocchi
2 cups frozen broccoli
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
15 ounces Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400ยบ F.

Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions and drain.

In a large bowl combine the gnocchi, broccoli, chicken, bacon and Alfredo sauce. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.

I used my Homemade Alfredo Sauce to help reduce the amount of sodium in this dish.
