Loaded Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Ever since my husband and I had Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi Soup, I have felt the need to try Gnocchi in different recipes. Most of the recipes were not keepers except for this one and Loaded Baked Gnocchi. Both recipes are delicious and a great way to use gnocchi.

Loaded Chicken Alfredo Gnocchi Bake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups gnocchi
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon
  • 15 ounces Alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions and drain.
  3. In a large bowl combine the gnocchi, broccoli, chicken, bacon and Alfredo sauce. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.
Enjoy!!!
