This is a delicious twist on a traditional sloppy joe. I loved the flavor that came from the chili beans. Plus it is super quick and easy to make. In fact my husband was so surprised when I said dinner was ready.
Chili Joes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1- 15 ounce can chili beans
- 1/4-1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- shredded cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
- In a large skillet add in the ground turkey and diced onion. Cook until turkey is completely cooked. Drain any grease.
- Add the chili beans and barbecue sauce to the turkey. Stir to mix well.
- Serve on buns and top with your desired cheese.
