I don't think I will ever get tired of roasted broccoli. No matter what I roast it with it is always delicious. Plus I love experimenting with different ways to flavor the roasted broccoli. And let's not forget how quick and easy it is to prepare and roast.
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 24 ounces broccoli florets, about 5 cups
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- black pepper to taste
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon juiced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425º F.
- Place broccoli in a single layer onto a baking sheet.
- Add olive oil and garlic. Season with black pepper and gently toss to combine.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
