Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I don't think I will ever get tired of roasted broccoli. No matter what I roast it with it is always delicious. Plus I love experimenting with different ways to flavor the roasted broccoli. And let's not forget how quick and easy it is to prepare and roast.

Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli


  • 24 ounces broccoli florets, about 5 cups
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • black pepper to taste
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon juiced


  1. Preheat oven to 425ยบ F.
  2. Place broccoli in a single layer onto a baking sheet.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic. Season with black pepper and gently toss to combine.
  4. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
