Crispy Chicken Wraps

Crispy Chicken Wraps: Crispy Chicken Wrap

These wraps are super delicious and super easy to make. They come together really quickly and make a great lunch.

Crispy Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup light miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 12 inch whole wheat tortillas

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl stir together the miracle whip, cilantro, green onions, sour cream and hot sauce. Add in chicken and stir to combine.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over tortillas, except for a 1/2 inch border around the edges. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
  3. Fold one edge of the tortilla over the filling and then fold the other edge of the tortilla over the filling.
  4. Heat a non stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down and cook until golden brown about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip the wraps and cook on other side until golden brown about 2-3 minutes.
