Pancake Sausage Casserole

Savory Sweet and Satisfying: Pancake Sausage Casserole

This dish takes two breakfast favorites, pancakes and sausage and combines it into one easy casserole. Top it with some maple syrup and you have a delicious breakfast.

Pancake Sausage Casserole


  • 14 sausage links
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk


  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Brown sausage until almost cooked through.
  3. Place sausage in prepared baking dish in two rows of eight.
  4. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, canola oil, eggs and milk. Mix well and pour batter over sausage.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cook through.
