This cajun seasoning mix is so much better than any store bought variety I have ever had. It is extremely flavorful and spicy and best of all it is extremely low sodium.
This recipe yields about 2 tablespoons of seasoning and you can use it in place of any store bought cajun seasoning in any recipe.
