If you have not tried dulce de leche you really need to. It is the Mexican version of caramel, but so much better. The taste, the flavor is way better than the caramel we have.
I have used dulce de leche in baked goods, I've use it in coffee, I've used it in ice cream and this delicious drink. A creamy and delicious way to warm up on a cold day.
