It took two tries to get this latte right. The first time I made it, it had too much white chocolate flavor and I could barley taste the raspberry flavor. Every few sips I would get a faint hint of flavor, but not enough to call it a raspberry latte.
I really do not like it when a recipe does not turn out the first time, but I really wanted this coffee to work so I had to give it another try. The second time I reduce the amount of white chocolate and increased the amount of raspberry flavor and it was perfect. It had the right amount of sweetness and flavor from the white and the raspberry flavor was present, but not too over whelming and not too tart.
