I am not a huge juice drinker, the only juice I really drink is V8 Energy drink. I use it in my breakfast smoothie, but only 1-2 times a week. I like that juice because it has vegetables in it and I am always trying to get a bit more vegetables in my diet. I do not like the amount of sugar in juices, I get plenty of sugar from my the sweets that I can't seem to stop eating.
