Enchilada Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground chorizo
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 ounces red enchilada sauce
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Directions:
- In a skillet, over medium-high heat, cooked the chorizo, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any grease.
- Add in the cumin and garlic powder, stir to combine.
- Pour in the enchilada sauce and stir until well combined.
- Add in the sour cream and stir until completely mixed in.
- Add in the shredded cheese and stir until completely melted and combined.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
