I like this lasagna recipe for several reason. First and most important, it is delicious. Secondly, it does not bakes as long as most lasagnas, this one takes 30 minutes, where most takes 45-60 minutes.
When I was editing the pictures, I had to laugh at my cornbread muffins on the plate. It looked so odd and out of place, but that was my solution to a vegetable that night. I completely forgot to get a veggie ready until the lasagna was done and had some cornbread muffins in the fridge. Technically it's a vegetable since it is made with corn right?
