At first I did not want to mix the layers to drink it, I was so happy I finally got a layered drink to work. However, mixing it was satisfying and that first sip was so good. Plus the coffee is super easy to make.
Iced Brown Sugar Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- coffee ice cubes
- 2/3 cups milk
- 2/3 cup cold brew coffee
Directions:
- Stir together the hot water and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Pour the brown sugar simple syrup into a cup and add ice.
- Slowly pour the milk in over the ice cubes.
- Slowly pour the coffee in over the ice cubes.
- Stir before drinking.
Enjoy!!!
Notes:
Pouring the milk and coffee over the ice will help keep the layers separate.
