Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

A healthy smoothie that tastes like a glass of raspberry lemonade. I love raspberries and I love my after run smoothies. They keep me full until lunch time and I feel good drinking them for breakfast.

Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup non fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
