These appetizers are quick and easy to make and you can make as many or as little as you want. Plus they are so incredibly delicious. So delicious, that I suggest you make a lot, they will disappear fast.
Salami Cream Cheese Bites
Ingredients:
- deli hard salami slices
- cream cheese, softened
- green olives
- toothpicks
Directions:
- Lay a slice of salami down flat and spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the entire slice. Roll up the salami and insert three toothpicks, evenly spaced apart along the seam side of the roll up. Place an olive on each toothpick.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the rolls in between the toothpicks, creating three pieces.
- Repeat with desired amount of salami slices.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until needed.
