The two fish eaters in the household loved this salmon. So much so that my oldest daughter still talks about it asking me to make it again. I loved that it was so easy to prepare, that I could make something else for me and my youngest daughter.
Everything Bagel Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2-3 pounds salmon
- 3/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 5 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with a silpat.
- Place the salmon in the middle of the baking sheet and pat with a paper towel to dry the tops.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly on the salmon and sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
