Yum, yum, yum!!! I may have a slight obsession with everything bagel seasoning. I have come to the point where I sprinkle it on my veggies to make them taste better. Between working a full time job and with two teenage girls and their activities, making dinner itself is sometimes a little difficult and the thought of making a vegetable recipe along with dinner is too much. So frozen veggies it it and everything bagel seasoning makes them taste much better.
These potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside and of course super flavorful. Next time I need to double the recipe, these delicious potatoes were gone the minute I served them.
Everything Bagel Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450º F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the potatoes and toss to coat. Add more seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and easily pierced with a fork, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
