Sheet Pan Breakfast Stacks

Sheet Pan Breakfast Stacks: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Some people are geniuses in the kitchen and I love benefiting off of that! These breakfast stacks combine some of my families favorite breakfast foods into one delicious way to eat breakfast.

Sheet Pan Breakfast Stacks: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Crispy tater tots topped with your breakfast meat, like bacon or sausage, some cheese an egg and some more cheese. Make these stacks your own by using your favorite breakfast meat and cheese or use whatever you have on hand.

Sheet Pan Breakfast Stacks

Ingredients:

  • 48 frozen tater tots
  • 4 ounces colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425º F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Using 12 tater tots, arrange them into a square. Repeat this 3 more times creating 4 separate squares. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and using the back of a spoon, gently press down on the center of each tater tot square making a slight indentation.
  4. Using 1/2 cup of cheese, sprinkle some into the center of each tater tot square. Sprinkle the bacon over top of the cheese.
  5. Carefully crack an egg into the middle of each tater tot square, being careful not to break the yolk. Season with black pepper.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of each egg.
  7. Bake for 6-10 minutes or until the egg yolks are cooked to your liking.
Enjoy!!!
