Turkey burgers are hard to keep from being dry. Thankfully my husband and I have discovered a way to prevent this and that is to cook them in an electric skillet with the lid on. This really helps to keep the moisture in the burgers. Plus ground turkey is not super flavorful on its own so you have to add plenty of flavor. These burgers do not have the problem of being dry and flavorless.
