I love my after run smoothies, but having one 5-6 days a week I sometimes need to change it up. I also need something quick and easy since I do not have extra time in the mornings.
Overnight oats make the perfect solution. I prepare it the night before and then stir and eat in the morning and since I always have bananas and peanut butter in the house I do not need to buy anything to make these delicious oats.
