I have a few breakfast smoothies that have coffee in them, but they all use either chilled brewed coffee or cold brew or coffee ice cubes. I never have that on hand once summer is over and I always forget to get it ready the night before.
That is where this smoothie comes in, instead of using brewed coffee or coffee ice cubes it calls for espresso powder or you could use instant coffee, just double the amount.
