Who doesn’t love an easy and delicious dinner, especially one that is cooked all together on a single baking sheet? This dinner makes a great meal for those busy days when you don't have a lot of time to cook. Most of the time is cooking time and this dinner can be on the table in just about 40 minutes.

  • black pepper, to taste
  • 12-16 ounces smoked sausage

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, onion powder, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, vinegar and sriracha.
  3. Add the potatoes to the large bowl with the sauce and season with black pepper. Toss the potatoes to coat in the sauce.
  4. Spread the potatoes out onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving the remaining sauce in the bowl. Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the green beans and sausage to the remaining sauce in the big bowl and toss to coat.
  6. Add the sausage and green beans to the potatoes and spread out into an even layer. Roast for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
If your potatoes are on the larger side, cut them into bite-sized pieces.

I used turkey smoked sausage.
