Jalapeños and pepper jack cheese are mixed in the burger patties for delicious and slightly spicy burger.
I used ground turkey for my burger patties, but you can use your favorite ground meat to make the patties, plus you can top the burgers with any toppings you choose.
Jalapeño Pepper Jack Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, minced garlic, diced jalapeño, paprika, black pepper and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Evenly divide the mixture and form into 4 patties.
- Cook the burger patties your preferred way.
- Serve the patties on the hamburger buns and top with your desired toppings.
