Sometimes I feel like breakfast casseroles are under appreciated in my house. They like them, but prefer other non-breakfast casseroles better. I love casseroles, because they are usually easier to make and require less time in the kitchen.
Plus when everyone wakes up at different times on the weekend, a casserole is great so they all can eat whenever they wake up.
