Tres Leche Overnight Oats

Tres Leche Overnight Oats: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Usually overnight oats are made with one type of milk. These overnight oats are made with three different types of milk, just like the Spanish cake.

I used my normal everyday milk, low-fat milk, as one of the milks and then also used evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk. The sweetened condensed milk makes the oats very creamy which is accented with a hint of warmth from the cinnamon.

Tres Leche Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a mason jar or other sealable container, add in the oats, all three milks and cinnamon. Stir to mix well.
  2. Put the lid on the mason jar or other container and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning add in the sliced banana and gently stir to mix.
Enjoy!!!
