Usually overnight oats are made with one type of milk. These overnight oats are made with three different types of milk, just like the Spanish cake.
I used my normal everyday milk, low-fat milk, as one of the milks and then also used evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk. The sweetened condensed milk makes the oats very creamy which is accented with a hint of warmth from the cinnamon.
