It is not often I remake a dessert. I have so many desserts I want to make someday, on Pinterest alone I have over 500 pins. So instead of remaking a dessert I have already made I'd rather try a new dessert. However when it comes to my kids birthday cake they get to choose what they want and my youngest wanted this ice cream cake that I made a few years ago.
This cake was just as good as I remembered. All the flavors of a banana split in an ice cream cake.
