Big Mac Sloppy Joes

 Big Mac Sloppy Joes: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Big Mac's and Sloppy Joe's come together in this delicious sandwich. You have the flavors of a Big Mac and the messiness of a sloppy joe.

Big Mac Sloppy Joes

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup thousand Island dressing
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup diced yellow onions
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • hamburger buns
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
Directions:
  1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the turkey until crumbled and cooked. Drain any grease.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium and add in the mayo, thousand island dressing and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add in the diced pickles and diced onions, stirring to mix.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the shredded cheese just until cheese and and turkey are combined.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture onto the bottom of the buns and sprinkle with shredded lettuce and cover with top bun.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
I got 6 sandwiches out of this recipe, but depending on how much meat mixture you put in each you may get less or more sandwiches.
