Everything bagel seasoning on potato wedges is absolutely amazing. I really wish I had discovered this a whole lot sooner. Thin and crispy fries are my favorite, but these just might be my new favorite. The everything seasoning adds so much delicious flavor to these fries.
Everything Bagel Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Directions:
- Scrub the potatoes under running water and then slice into wedges. Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Allow to soak for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450º F. Brush a baking sheet with 1 tablespoons olive oil.
- Remove the potatoes from from the water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Wipe the bowl clean and place the potatoes back into the bowl.
- Add in 2 tablespoons olive oil and seasoning, toss the potatoes to coat well.
- Lay the potatoes on the baking sheet, leaving space in between the potatoes.
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue to bake for 20 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for and additional 20 minutes, rotating halfway through, or until they are browned and crispy.
