These deviled eggs have a spicy little kick to them. Instead of mustard, sriracha is added in to give them a delicious spicy taste.
Sriracha Deviled Eggs with Bacon
Ingredients:
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
- Remove the shells from the hard boiled eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks and place in a medium bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and then stir in the mayonnaise, sriracha and chili powder. Stir until the mixture is very smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the eggs whites.
- If serving immediately sprinkle with bacon, if serving later refrigerate the deviled eggs until ready to serve and then sprinkle bacon right before serving.
