Sriracha Deviled Eggs with Bacon

Sriracha Deviled Eggs with Bacon: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

These deviled eggs have a spicy little kick to them. Instead of mustard, sriracha is added in to give them a delicious spicy taste.

Sriracha Deviled Eggs with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

  1. Remove the shells from the hard boiled eggs.
  2. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks and place in a medium bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork and then stir in the mayonnaise, sriracha and chili powder. Stir until the mixture is very smooth.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the eggs whites.
  5. If serving immediately sprinkle with bacon, if serving later refrigerate the deviled eggs until ready to serve and then sprinkle bacon right before serving. ​
