The classic flavor combination of a buckeye candy is turned into a delicious dip. I served this dip with graham crackers, but I think it would also taste good with animal crackers or even some sliced apples.
Buckeye Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a large bowl, using an electric mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, flour and vanilla extract. Beat until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with graham crackers.
