Buckeye Dip

Buckeye Dip: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

The classic flavor combination of a buckeye candy is turned into a delicious dip. I served this dip with graham crackers, but I think it would also taste good with animal crackers or even some sliced apples.

Buckeye Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, flour and vanilla extract. Beat until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Serve with graham crackers.
Enjoy!!!
