Overnight oats are made with pomegranate juice, vanilla greek yogurt, mixed berries and a few chocolate chips.
I have never made overnight oats with juice, only milk, so I was a little hesitant that it would not be as creamy, but it was thanks to the greek yogurt. Plus the juice added more flavor to the oats.
Pomegranate Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1-2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a sealable container add in the oats and juice.
- Add in the yogurt and top with frozen berries.
- Sprinkle the chocolates on top.
- Close the container and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning stir everything together.
Notes:
I could not find straight pomegranate juice so I used a cranberry pomegranate blend. If you can not find straight pomegranate juice you can use a pomegranate berry juice blend.
