Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

A cheesecake is not something that can be made at a moments notice. Making a cheesecake takes time. This cheesecake dip, however, does not take that much time. It comes together quickly and just has to spend a little bit of time in the refrigerator before it can be enjoyed by all.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients:

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• graham cracker

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl beat together the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add in the brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until well mixed.
3. Slowly beat in the powdered sugar until well mixed.
4. Add in the chocolate chips and stir to mix.
5. Refrigerate before serving.
6. Serve with graham crackers.
