A quick and easy chocolate fudge is swirled though homemade peanut butter ice cream. A perfect treat for anyone who is a fan of the chocolate peanut butter combination.
Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream
Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4.75 ounces dark chocolate chips, melted
- Place freezer safe container for storing the ice cream in the freezer.
- Add the peanut butter to a medium bowl.
- Whisk in the half and half a little bit at a time until completely mixed and smooth. Whisk in the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
- Meanwhile, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the melted chocolate chips until well combined.
- Take the storage container out of the freezer and transfer half of the ice cream into it.
- Place small scoops of the fudge sauce on top of the ice cream and then place the rest of the ice cream on top.
- Using a knife, gently swirl the ice cream.
- Cover the container and freeze.
