Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

A quick and easy chocolate fudge is swirled though homemade peanut butter ice cream. A perfect treat for anyone who is a fan of the chocolate peanut butter combination.

Peanut Butter Fudge Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Fudge Sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4.75 ounces dark chocolate chips, melted
Directions:
  1. Place freezer safe container for storing the ice cream in the freezer.
  2. Add the peanut butter to a medium bowl.
  3. Whisk in the half and half a little bit at a time until completely mixed and smooth. Whisk in the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla.
  5. Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
  6. Meanwhile, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the melted chocolate chips until well combined.
  7. Take the storage container out of the freezer and transfer half of the ice cream into it.
  8. Place small scoops of the fudge sauce on top of the ice cream and then place the rest of the ice cream on top.
  9. Using a knife, gently swirl the ice cream.
  10. Cover the container and freeze.
