I love all of the fresh fruits that are in season during the summer time. So I decided to use some of those fresh peaches to make these overnight oats. The peaches combined with the yogurt and oats was a perfect combination and tasted so delicious.
Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 fresh peach, pitted and chopped into large pieces
Directions:
- In a container, add in the oats and milk.
- Add in the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Place the peaches on top.
- Seal the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, stir everything together.
Notes:
Depending on how big your peach is or how much peach you want in your oats you can add 1/2 to a whole peach.
