Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats


I love all of the fresh fruits that are in season during the summer time. So I decided to use some of those fresh peaches to make these overnight oats. The peaches combined with the yogurt and oats was a perfect combination and tasted so delicious.

Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 fresh peach, pitted and chopped into large pieces

Directions:

  1. In a container, add in the oats and milk.
  2. Add in the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Place the peaches on top.
  4. Seal the container and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir everything together.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
Depending on how big your peach is or how much peach you want in your oats you can add 1/2 to a whole peach.
