Salsa Verde Queso Dip

Salsa Verde Queso Dip: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I love cheese dips and I love easy to prepare dips. This dip is both, creamy, cheesy and easy to prepare, because it cooks in the crock pot. Three different cheeses and salsa verde or as some call it green salsa create a delicious dip.

Salsa Verde Queso Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces white cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1-2 jalapeño, finely diced

Directions:

  1. In a crock pot add the cream cheese, milk, pepper jack cheese and white cheddar cheese.
  2. Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour.
  3. Uncover the crock pot and whisk everything together until mostly smooth.
  4. Cover the crock pot and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in the diced jalapeño.
