This soup is so simple and easy. Perfect for those cold days when you you do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
Simple Italian White Bean and Pasta Soup
Ingredients:
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 32 ounces low sodium chicken broth
- 2- 15 ounce cans reduced sodium cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 3 cups (2 1/2 ounces) baby spinach
- In a crock pot stir together the marinara sauce, chicken broth, beans and spinach. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and stir into the crock pot. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
