Peanut butter and marshmallows are combined to create a delicious coating for popcorn. To add even more peanut butter flavor and more deliciousness Reese's Pieces are added.
Peanut Butter Popcorn
Ingredient:s
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- Reese's Pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup + 2 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Directions:
- Pop the popcorn kernels your preferred way, I used my air popper.
- Place a silpat on a baking sheet and spread the popcorn out on top. Sprinkle the popcorn with desired amount of Reese's Pieces and set aside.
- In a medium pot melt the butter.
- Once the butter is melted add in the mini marshmallows, stirring constantly until the marshmallows are almost melted.
- Add in the peanut butter and continue to stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted.
- Turn the heat off as soon as the marshmallows are melted and continue to stir until the peanut butter is completely combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and gently fold to coat the popcorn.
- Allow popcorn to cool before serving.
