Peanut Butter Popcorn

Peanut Butter Popcorn: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Peanut butter and marshmallows are combined to create a delicious coating for popcorn. To add even more peanut butter flavor and more deliciousness Reese's Pieces are added. 

Peanut Butter Popcorn

Ingredient:s

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • Reese's Pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup + 2 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels your preferred way, I used my air popper.
  2. Place a silpat on a baking sheet and spread the popcorn out on top. Sprinkle the popcorn with desired amount of Reese's Pieces and set aside.
  3. In a medium pot melt the butter.
  4. Once the butter is melted add in the mini marshmallows, stirring constantly until the marshmallows are almost melted.
  5. Add in the peanut butter and continue to stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted.
  6. Turn the heat off as soon as the marshmallows are melted and continue to stir until the peanut butter is completely combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and gently fold to coat the popcorn.
  8. Allow popcorn to cool before serving.
