I prefer to make my own crispy tortilla strips. it is much cheaper and it is super easy. I have only ever made "plain ones", no seasoning. So when I saw a recipe for seasoned ones, I knew I needed to try it. Plain ones are delicious so I could only imagine how good seasoned ones would taste.
These did not disappoint! They were so delicious! In fact they were so good that I could have eaten them all by themselves, like a chip. These baked tortilla strips add nice crunch and flavor to any salad, that is if they make it to the salad and you do not eat them all first. It took a lot of self control for me not to eat them all before they made it to the salad.
