Lemon Parmesan Asparagus: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Three simple ingredients, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and shredded parmesan cheese make this asparagus so flavorful and yet so easy to make. 

Lemon Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Place the asparagus in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper. Toss gently to combine. Cooke for 6-10 minutes or until tender crisp.
  3. Immediately remove from the oven and sprinkle with the garlic, drizzle with the lemon juice and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve immediately.
