Lemon Parmesan Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- black pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400º F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Place the asparagus in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper. Toss gently to combine. Cooke for 6-10 minutes or until tender crisp.
- Immediately remove from the oven and sprinkle with the garlic, drizzle with the lemon juice and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve immediately.
