Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats

Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I absolutely loved the lemon zest added in these overnight oats. It added a nice freshness and pop of flavor to the oats. You could also add a few fresh blueberries to these oats as well.

Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 6 ounces blueberry greek yogurt, stirred

Directions:

  1. In a 16 ounce mason jar or other sealable container, add the oats and milk. Add in the lemon zest and the blueberry yogurt.
  2. Seal the mason jar or container and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning stir everything together.
