Mexican Sour Cream Dip

Mexican Sour Cream Dip: Savory Sweet and Satsifying

This dip has a ranch flavor to it along with the Mexican flavor from the salsa and cheese. It can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until needed or made right before serving. You can serve it with your favorite chips, wether it be corn chips or tortilla chips.

Mexican Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup red salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • chips

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients, stirring well.
  2. Serve with chips for dipping.
  3. Refrigerate any leftovers or refrigerate the dip until ready to serve.
