Everyone in my family loves hard boiled eggs, so when I see a recipe that uses them in a different way, I always give them a look. This grilled cheese was a great way to use hard boiled eggs. The whole family loved it. To make this sandwich even better you can use any cheese you like. I used cheddar and pepper jack.
