One day I mentioned to my husband that steak sauce on a burger sounded really good. He then mentioned that Burger King had such a burger. Since we do not eat fast food often I guess I had never heard about it. So my husband volunteered to create a steak sauce burger. It was so good that he made them twice in one week for us to enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 20 ounces ground turkey
- black pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to tate
- 4 hamburger buns
- steak sauce
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked
- Place the ground turkey into a large bowl and season with desired amount of black pepper and garlic powder.
- Form into 4 patties and cook your desired way.
- After the burgers are completely cooked add the cheese and let melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns and spread steak sauce on the top half and bottom half of the bun.
- Place the hamburger patty on the bottom half of the bun and top with bacon slices. Place top half of bun on top.
