Crock Pot Nacho Soup

Crock Pot Nacho Soup: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

When you love nachos as much as I do, it only makes sense that Nacho Soup would sound good. This soup certainly did not disappoint at all. It tasted just like nachos, but in soup form, plus it made the house smell amazing.

Crock Pot Nacho Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
  • 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

For Serving (not included in the nutritional info):

  • crushed tortilla chips

Directions:

  1. In a skillet cook the ground turkey, onions and garlic until turkey is completely cooked. Drain any grease and add to a crock pot.
  2. Add to the crock pot the taco seasoning, nacho cheese soup, tomatoes with chilies and milk. Stir to combine and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  3. Just before serving add 1 cup cheddar cheese to crock pot and stir to combine.
  4. Once cheese has melted serve soup and top with crushed tortilla chips.
Enjoy!!!
