These potatoes are a great side dish to any meal. They are flavorful and easy to prepare.
Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400º F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl combine the olive oil, black pepper, minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat potatoes well.
- Spread potatoes out on prepared baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are browned and crisp on the outside.
