Sausage and Broccoli Noodle Casserole
Ingredients:
- 32 ounces Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 18 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 16 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese<
- 2/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- Preheat oven to 325º F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well.
- Remove casings from sausage and crumbled into a preheated skillet. Cook until browned.
- In large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce and milk.
- Stir in sausage, broccoli, noodles, 1 1/2 cups cheese and roasted peppers. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and spread into an even layer.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
